The most reliable company I’ve ever seen. They processed my order the same day as they received the payment. The only thing that I’m curious about is why they don’t restock some of their previous stuff? I asked them but they wasn’t talkative about it.

So I’m changing my review. Product has arrived. Good quality , came within 5 days which is awesome . My only gripe was, they sent me no tracking number , so I emailed them a few times over the course of a couple of days and got blocked(spam apparently, figuring this may be automatic?). I emailed yesterday (over a week since package arrived ) and they responded with tracking number. I then found out it’s been at my neighbors for a week . So I’m giving 4 stars out of a possible 5 as there is definitely room for improvement with customer service . All in all though , I got product . Thanks guys .
I just placed my third order with RC, Had some delivery issues due to Canada Post strike earlier, totally panicked and most likely annoyed everybody there with my paranoia, customer service here is very quick and patient, and rest assured every issue i panicked about was nothing at all, the products are absolutely top notch, amazing prices, and specials, but its customer service first here, the awesome chems are just a great bonus. thanks for making this experience so good I will be back again and again.
So my first time using this site. The actual site layout is great very professional, as are the emails updating your delivery status. Arrived within 5 working days. Still yet to research the product. My only gripe would be the product is available cheaper elsewhere I have been sourcing for approx 30% cheaper, but the site has become unreliable so hence trying here. Seems this site gives you peace of mind you will receive what you order looking at the other reviews.

The products are the best I’ve been order ever. the communication very professional even next level. the only one thing is to improve the delivery company because the transport company is the worst one in Europe. All is very good, except the GLS delivery it takes 7 days
Have had very good experiences with the website, pretty much every day that I placed an order and they happen to ship on that they, it was, and the only time that wasn’t the case it was delayed by only two days or so. Product is always of great quality as well.
